Abstract/Summary
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a new extension at No. 3 Spinney Drive. The work comprised the excavation of foundation trenches for the new extension, along with limited ground reduction within the interior. In the northern foundation trench a modern red-brick built structure was recorded extending northwards out of the development area. Undisturbed soils were present throughout the remainder of the investigation area. No archaeological deposits or artefacts were present.
