Abstract/Summary
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology between December 2006 and December 2008 during groundworks connected with the construction of a new residential development on land to the rear of Church Street, Helmdon, Northamptonshire. An undisturbed stratigraphy was present across all of the development area. No archaeological deposits were present and no artefacts were recovered.
