Abstract/Summary

An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to a proposed residential development on the site. Two trenches were excavated. The trenches could not be placed within the footprint of the building due to felled and upstanding trees in the area, as well as sewer services. As a result the trenches were excavated as near as possible to the south west. No archaeological features were observed.
