Abstract/Summary

In July/August 2012, a programme of archaeological observation, investigation, recording and analysis was undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology on land at Manor Farm, Yardley Gobion, Northamptonshire. Two service trenches and the foundation trenches for a house were observed. A small amount of unstratified medieval and post-medieval pottery was discovered, but no significant archaeological features or deposits were present. The foundations of a second house will be dug and observed at a future date.
