Abstract/Summary

This report has been prepared by David Hall with contributions by Paul Chadwick for the Rugby Radio Station Partnership to assist the assessment of heritage issues on land west of the A5, where a planning application and supporting Environmental Statement for a Sustainable Urban Extension to Rugby has been submitted. The report forms a companion document to the Assessment of Ridge & Furrow submitted as a baseline document supporting a submission to The Planning Inspectorate for a Development Consent Order for the Daventry Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT III) on land east of the A5 in Northamptonshire.
