Abstract/Summary
A programme of archaeological observation, investigation and recording was carried out during electrical improvement works on land to the east of Kelmarsh Road, Clipston, Northamptonshire. The observed works comprised the removal of three wooden poles and two stay wires and the excavation of a cable trench for an earth wire. The work was carried out within a Scheduled Monument and Conservation Area. The applied methodology ensured minimal ground disturbance. No archaeological finds were recovered and no archaeological features were observed.
