Abstract/Summary

A much-altered group of barns originate in the 17th century, but have been extended in the 19th and extensively altered and large portions rebuilt in the modern period. They are typical, rather unexceptional buildings, but for the fortuitous survival of a group of notable, but degrading early graffiti, comprising Apotropaic marks and a competently-drawn post-type windmill.
