Abstract/Summary

A programme of archaeological observation, investigation and recording was carried out during electrical improvement works on land at the Manor House, Harrington, Northamptonshire. The observed works comprised the removal of electrical poles and pylons and the excavation of cable trenches. The work was carried out in and around a Scheduled Monument and Conservation Area. The applied methodology ensured minimal ground disturbance. No archaeological finds were recovered and no archaeological features were observed.
