Abstract/Summary

CFA Archaeology Ltd was commissioned by Geoff Mason to carry out a trial trench evaluation on an area of proposed ménage construction on land to the south of Hall Farm, Kings Cliffe, East Northamptonshire. The work was carried out on the 14th of December 2017. The proposed menage partly overlies undated cropmarks identified on the County HER. Three fifteen metre long trenches were excavated to find the cropmarks, revealing no archaeology.
