Abstract/Summary
In October 2015, site stripping and the excavation of footings for a new house on land adjacent to 16 Mill Lane, Kislingbury, was archaeologically monitored. The development site was located in a part of the village where prehistoric, Roman and medieval finds had previously been recorded, and had the potential to contain buried heritage assets of those dates. The observations did not reveal any buried heritage assets. It is therefore unlikely that significant buried heritage assets are present on the site, or that the development has had a significant impact on buried heritage assets.
