Abstract/Summary
A programme of archaeological monitoring accompanied conversion of a former surface car park into residential accommodation, showing that the site lies beyond the edge of the medieval settlement of Kettering. The land appears to have been unused until the latter part of the 19th century when housing was begun to be built all around. No archaeology was present.
