Abstract/Summary

A programme of archaeological observation, investigation, recording and analysis was carried out during electrical improvement works on land within the boundary of the Registered Battlefield of Northampton 1460. The applied methodology ensured minimal ground disturbance. No archaeological features were obserbed, however, the metal detection survey did recover six post-medieval finds dating to the c16th and 17th centuries
