Abstract/Summary

A programme of historic building recording was undertaken ahead of conversion work being carried out at Sands Farm, Pattishall, Northamptonshire, on behalf of Mr Richard Marshall. The buildings comprise part of a former shelter shed, a threshing barn, a cart shed with granary above and two 20th-century steel-framed buildings. The buildings are set around a courtyard and the farmhouse stands at the west end of the building complex. Historic mapping shows that the farm was in existence by 1812.
