Abstract/Summary
MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) was commissioned by RPS to carry out a Trial Trench evaluation on land at Wellingborough North, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The evaluation corroborated the geophysical interpretation of medieval ridge and furrow systems. Later plough technologies caused slight variation within the existing ridge and furrow system along with late medieval field boundary ditches.
