Abstract/Summary

A gradiometer survey recorded a low level of magnetic noise over the whole site. An area of modern quarrying and a railway line were identified. The results of the recorded survey confirmed this. Some anomalies were encountered, but none confirming the suspected Roman road or occupation activity were encountered.
