The Milking Parlour structure is aligned to the east to Ashley farmhouse, with walls of coursed limestone and rubble, a Collyweston slate roof to the main roof and a corrugated asbestos roof on the lean-to porch. The roof in the lean-to has spine beams. Access is by 2 single barn doors and 1 double cattle door in the centre, on the south elevation. On the north elevation are two wooden frame openings.
