Abstract/Summary

MOLA was commissioned by RPS, on behalf of David Wilson Homes (South Midlands), to undertake an archaeological evaluation on land at Stoke Doyle Road, Oundle, Northamptonshire. Fourteen trenches were excavated. The remains of two possible early medieval sunken-featured buildings were identified as well as evidence for later post-medieval boundaries and ridge and furrow cultivation.
