Date/Year 2014

Abstract/Summary

Level 2 historic building survey. The main barn is of 18th century date, whilst the secondary barn is most probably later, perhaps second half of the 18th century/early 19th century. The remainder of the buildings which make up the farm complex are part of the re-modelling of the farm during the early 19th century. There has also been some alteration of the structures during the 20th century. Much of the original layout, fixtures and fittings remains, although many of the buildings are in a state of disrepair and collapse.
