Abstract/Summary
Historic England Archives contain: BB68/02211: The tower of All Saints' Church viewed from the south west IC174/008: One illustration depicting the late Anglo-Saxon tower of All Saints' Church in Earl's Barton, along with a detail illustration of a part of the fourteenth-century Perpendicular Gothic style arcade from the Angel Choir in Lincoln Cathedral. This drawing was created for inclusion in a set of publications associated with the celebrations of the 1400th anniversary of the arrival of St Augustine in England, published in 1997 and entitled 'England's Christian Heritage'. The drawing was used on a map outlining a proposed 'heritage trail' linking important sites or artefacts in the history of Christianity in England.
