Abstract/Summary

A programme of archaeological observation, investigation, recording, analysis and publication of works was undertaken at The Manor House, Plumpton Road, Plumpton, Northamptonshire, NN12 8SF. This was conducted by Midland Archaeological Services during the construction of a swimming pool and associated pool house. This programme of work concluded that natural deposits, topsoil and subsoil were consistent across the site, whilst medieval and post medieval pottery was recovered from the swimming pool area.
