Abstract/Summary

In September 2017, a programme of archaeological observation, investigation, recording, analysis and publication was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology during groundworks associated with the building of a new classroom block at Potterspury Lodge School, Potterspury, Northamptonshire. Principal interest in the site derives from the proximity to Potterspury Park, with a hunting lodge previously built on the site of the current Potterspury Lodge. No features or deposits of archaeological interest were observed during groundworks, and no artefactual material pre-dating the modern period was recovered.
