Title 11 Berry Close, Rothersthorpe: Archaeological Watching Brief Report
Author/Originator
Date/Year 2015

Abstract/Summary

In October 2015 an archaeological watching brief was undertaken at 11 Berry Close, Rothersthorpe, Northamptonshire. The work was required during the groundworks for the construction of a side and rear extension and comprised continuous monitoring of the ground reduction and footing trench excavations. Two monitoring visits were made but no significant archaeological remains or artefacts were observed. It is unlikely that significant archaeological remains were present on the site and the archaeological impact of the development is assessed to have been low.
