Abstract/Summary
Historic England has received an application proposing St James’ Tram Depot and Bus Garage for listing. The office building is of clear special interest and should be listed at Grade II. The remainder of the site is too altered to merit listing. Powers of exclusion should be invoked to provide clarity as to the extent of special interest.
