Abstract/Summary

This report details the results of an archaeological evaluation carried out by University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) on land at Barby Road, Kilsby, North Northamptonshire (NGR: SP 55876 71067). The work was undertaken between 5-6th September 2023 in advance of residential development. Four 5m and two 8m long trenches were excavated across the site. Five of the trenches were negative. Trench 2 revealed a possible ditch terminus or furrow, medieval in date. The archive for the work will be deposited with Northamptonshire ARC under accession number ENN 11235.
