Manor Farm comprises a collection of buildings of 18th and 19th Century date, including barns, cow houses, shelter sheds, stabling, granary, and blacksmiths. In their individual parts the majority of the buildings are of negligible heritage significance, with the exception of a purpose-built mechanised threshing barn which is of possible national heritage significance, and a probable 19th century combined granary and blacksmith building with surviving forge which is of regional heritage significance. The buildings also possess group value on account of their shared history and functional relationship in respect to the development of process on the farm. The buildings of the site also contribute positively to the setting of the Grade II Listed Manor Farmhouse, and the character and appearance of the Twywell Conservation Area.
