Abstract/Summary
In 2024, Curtins was instructed by MM Management Services on behalf of Cityheart Limited to undertake a Phase 2 Ground Investigation at Four Waterside situated off Green Street, Northampton. The site is centred on National Grid Reference 474950, 260270 and covers an area of approximately 1.41Ha. It is understood that development proposals include a mixed-use redevelopment scheme to include speculative development of Grade A offices, as well as a new 4 star hotel and residential developments with associated hardstanding and soft landscaping areas. At this stage, the development layouts are not finalised.
