Abstract/Summary
An archaeological observation, investigation, recording, analysis and publication (OIRAP) was carried out during the groundworks phase for a new housing development on behalf of The Harris Partnership, in an area thought to include medieval settlement remains. No significant archaeological deposits were identified, the sole feature being a medieval or post-medieval furrow that aligned with others evident on LiDAR.The absence of any medieval or post-medieval finds suggests the site lies some distance from the supposed medieval settlement foci at Paulerspury.
