Abstract/Summary

The collection contains the disarticulated remains of at least five individuals excavated from the grounds of Northampton Hospital in 1963. A site and osteology report were not carried out and evidence of the excavation and curation of the collection is fragmentary and at times anecdotal. The surviving remains are stored at the Northamptonshire Archaeological Resource Centre.
