Abstract/Summary
MOLA was commissioned by Bellway Homes LTD for a programme of archaeological evaluation on land at Milton Ham, Northamptonshire. The evaluation comprised the excavation of 18 trenches, 16 of which were devoid of any archaeological features. The results of the evaluation largely supported those of the geophysical evaluation and previous archaeological investigations in the area. The linear features observed during the works seem to be outside the main known Roman settlement and are therefore likely related to farming activities.
