Abstract/Summary

Thames Valley Archaeological Services were commissioned by Mr. Andrew Redstone of Claymount Properties Limited, CP House, 97-107 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London, to carry out this evaluation according to a brief drawn up by Northamptonshire Archaeological Unit (Curatorial). Prior to this redevelopment as a food store for the Leicestershire Co-Operative Society Limited, the site was used as a public car park and a small engineering factory. The fieldwork took place during November 1992.
