Abstract/Summary

Archaeological desk-based assessment, magnetometer survey and metal detecting survey of an area of 4ha of farmland in Warmington, Northamptonshire indicates the potential for the survival of undated ditched enclosures, 17th century or earlier buildings and property boundaries, together with a drain related to an adjacent medieval moated site. There is no evidence that the Roman road from Durobrivae (Water Newton) to Titchmarsh crossed the site.
