Description
House. Datestone 1692, with evidence of earlier build, raised and extended C18 and extended C20. Squared coursed limestone with Colleyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels; first floor windows have stone gablets over. Ashlar stack at end. C20 one-bay extension to right. C18 one-unit extension at right angles to rear has C20 extension to left and C20 lean-to porch to right. Gable to left of main front has datestone, at base of sta k, with masons mark below. Evidence of c.1692 gable and an earlier gable. Interior not inspected but noted as having remains of open fireplace with bressumer.
