Description
An unknown Roman villa in house recently discovered by excavation. Buildings so far revealed are the hot bath with adjacent plunge. It is evident from surface indications that buildings are extensive. {AM7} The northern part of this site is in the undisturbed parkland of Cosgrove Hall grazed by sheep, the southern pasture is arable. {AM12 1980}
