Description

Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1822 on east gable, but with earlier origin. Coursed squared limestone and coursed limestone rubble, with hipped slate roof and stone end stacks. 3 storeys, 3-window range. Eaves cornice. Central entrance beneath cornice and panel with fluted keystone and foliar motifs. C20 glazed double doors and overlight. Ground and first floors have 8/8 sash windows and 2nd floor has 4/8 sash windows, all with fluted keystones. Plain flush bands at window head level. Wing to rear earlier, but substantially altered and roof raised, with plain tiles and end stack, casement windows and some blocked openings with wooden lintels. Lean-to beyond partly of chequered brick. Interior not inspected.
