Description

A 3-storey boot and shoe factory, built in c1875, to an L-plan on a tapering site, with the 8-bay main range fronting Lorne Road to the south and a narrow 4-bay rear range extending northwards from the east end to Louise Road, enclosing a small yard. Locally listed building.
