Description

Constructed as the Hellidon Village School in 1854 with funding from the Reverend Charles Holthouse of Hellidon Grange. The building was extended by recommendation of Government directives in the late 19th century to cater for over 100 village children. An ironstone schoolmaster’s house was also constructed adjacent to the school, which still remains as School House. Locally listed building.
