Description
House. C17, enlarged and remodelled C18. Datestone on right side 173(?) O.W.A. Coursed squared ironstone, tile roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 4 bays with gabled bay to left. Entrance in second bay from left has moulded wood frame. 4-panel half-glazed door with overlight, and timber hood on brackets. Two 3-light casement windows with wood lintels to right. 3-light stone mullioned window with flat moulded hood to left. Similar window in left bay on first floor. 2-light casement window with wood lintel above entrance. Two 3-light casement windows with wood lintels to right. 2-light stone-mullioned window to attic in left gable with eroded stone plaque above, noted as formerly being inscribed, J.D./A.D./ 1664. Interior not inspected.
