Description
House, now 2 dwellings. Datestone AG/1654. Limestone ashlar with concrete tile roof. Originally 3-unit plans. 2 storeys with attic. Together comprising a 3-window range of 4-light stone mullion windows with linked drip moulds forming continuous string courses. 2 C20 doors between window ranges have moulded stone surrounds with 4-centred heads. 2 Lincolnshire dormers, partially reconstructed C20, have eaves taken to underside of windows. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and ashlar stacks at ends. Datestone, with cornice over, below right hand dormer. C19 lean-to extension to rear. Interiors not inspected.
