{1} House, now 2 dwellings. Datestone AG/1654. Limestone ashlar with concrete tile roof. Originally 3-unit plans. 2 storeys with attic. Together comprising a 3-window range of 4-light stone mullion windows with linked drip moulds forming continuous string courses. 2 C20 doors between window ranges have moulded stone surrounds with 4-centred heads. 2 Lincolnshire dormers, partially reconstructed C20, have eaves taken to underside of windows. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and ashlar stacks at e ds. Datestone, with cornice over, below right hand dormer. C19 lean-to extension to rear. Interiors not inspected.
