Description
2 houses. Early C18. Regular coursed limestone with thatch roofs. 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic. 5-window range of casements, some with glazing bars, those to No. 8 are under wood lintels and those to No. 10 under gauged stone heads with keyblocks. Casements to attic, above, under eyebrow dormers. 2 C20 doors between window range under wood lintels. Ashlar stacks at ridge and end. The 2 houses are of different builds. No. 10 has late C18 thatch wing to rear. Interior of No. 8 has ceiling beams and open fireplace with bressumer.
