Description

A fine cropmark. Various enclosures forming the outline of a “Belgic”(?) village. A ‘street’ divides the site in two with small ‘croft’ enclosure either side with larger enclosures behind these cornals. Two or three ring ditches are overlain by the complex. The situation is complicated by the marks of an indeterminate drainage pattern. Ploughed field, no surface finds. {AM7 1972}
