Description

1908. Ashlar in Gothic style. Central pillar with drinking fountains. 3 stages, lowest with 4 pointed arches, upper with 4 and 8 dummy arches, 4 traceried, and 8 flying buttresses with small crocketed pinnacles. Central pillar ends in large crocketed pinnacle. Stepped base. Pair of inscribed bronze tablets.
