Description

House, formerly farmhouse. Early C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick end stack to right, stone end stack to left. 3-unit plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. Double-leaf, part-glazed door to left of centre with stop-chamfered wood lintel. 3-light casement windows to ground and first floors all with similar lintels. Quoins and chamfered stone eaves to gables. 1-light windows with moulded stone surrounds and hood moulds to first floor rear and right side. C19 wing to rear right, C20 wing to rear left. Interior noted as having chamfered spine beams and open well staircase with barley-sugar balusters.
