C17 or C18, altered C19. Coursed and squared rubble, some C19 red brick dressings to windows and doorway. Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, ground floor used as byre, 1st floor as granary approached by external steps. Included for group value. Wootton Hill Farmhouse, West Barn and East Barn form a group.
