Summary

The east barn dates from the 17th-18th century with 19th century alterations. The barn is of two-storeys with the ground floor used as a byre. It is built of coursed and squared rubble with some 19th century red brick dressings and a Welsh slate roof.

Full Description

{1} C17 or C18, altered C19. Coursed and squared rubble, some C19 red brick dressings to windows and doorway. Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, ground floor used as byre, 1st floor as granary approached by external steps. Included for group value. Wootton Hill Farmhouse, West Barn and East Barn form a group.
