Description
Stables, now flats. Early C18. Lias ashlar with thatched roof. E-plan. 2 storeys, 3-window range. Entrance in central projection with arched head and keystone. Plank door forming entrance to central passage to stable yard at rear. 3-light stone mullioned windows with leaded lights flanking entrance at ground floor and to ground and first-floor of projecting wings. Vertical oval window above entrance with ashlar surround and leaded lights. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers to all gables. Central ashlar stack. Evidence of former carriage entrance to right of entrance. Former stables to East Haddon Hall.
