Description
Early C19. 2 storeys, higher than No 2, ashlar faced, with deep parapet, very steep roof, brick chimney stacks, 4 windows to 1st floor, sash in plain reveals, flat arched heads. Platband above and below 2nd storey. House entrance off-centre west, stone doorcase, pilasters and plain entablature, radiating fanlight. Now filled with window. Late C19 shop front to right. Formerly wide entry to left. Nos 2 to 36 (even) and 42 to 46A (even) and 52 to 98 (even) form a group.
