Description

Shown as Spinney Farm on Ordnance Survey map. House. Early C19 with re-used C17 masonry. Squared coursed limestone with ashlar facade and thatch roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C20 casements set in chamfered ashlar surrounds. Central, C20 door has similar surround. Ashlar gable parapets and brick and stone stacks at ends. C19 wing attached at right angels to rear. Interior has reused spine beams with lozenge decoration and open fireplace with bressumer.
