Description
Packhorse bridge. C17 perhaps with earlier origins, restored and parapet much rebuilt C19 and C20. Dressed ironstone. Two pointed arches, central pier with large cutwater to upstream side, stone tiled buttress to downstream side. String coursed below parapets (much renewed), that on downstream side inscribed TH 1740 and WA 1722, graffiti or repair dates; string missing over left arch on upstream side.
