Description
Row of 3 cottages. C17. Regular coursed ironstone; No.3 has some brick to rear. Thatched roof; brick ridge stacks. Each 2-unit plan; No.1, lobby entry. 2 storeys and attic, No.3 one storey and attic; 5-window range. No.1 has 2-panelled door, Nos.2 and 3 have half-glazed doors. Carriage opening with wood lintel between Nos.2 and 3, now reduced and altered with C20 sliding door. C19 and C20 casements, some with glazing bars. No.1 also has moulded wood mullioned windows with fillet. 3-light on ground floor, 2-light and 3-light on first floor. 2 half dormers. No.1 also has flush roof dormer with leaded light casement and small amount of tile below. No.3 has no first floor windows. Right return side has external stack. To rear: No.2 has outshut, No.1 a small single storey wing. Irregular fenestration. Interior not inspected.
